活血化瘀胸痹汤治疗急诊冠心病心绞痛的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Huoxue Huayu Xiongbi Decoction in the Treatment of Emergency Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的:探究急诊冠心病心绞痛应用活血化瘀胸痹汤进行治疗的临床效果。方法:此次试验对象均选自笔者所在医院2017年12月-2018年10月收治的52例急诊冠心病心绞痛患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=26)和对照组(n=26)。对照组开展西医治疗,研究组在此基础上通过活血化瘀胸痹汤进行治疗,比较两种治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、治疗后硝酸甘油使用剂量、血脂水平和超敏C反应蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急诊冠心病心绞痛应用活血化瘀胸痹汤进行治疗,可取得确切的临床效果,同时还能够明显减少硝酸甘油用量,且用药安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Huayu Xiongbi Decoction in the treatment of emergency coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Method:All the subjects were selected from 52 patients with emergency coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2018.They were divided into the study group(n=26)and the control group(n=26)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Xiongbi Decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment,the dose of Nitroglycerin after treatment,blood lipid level and highsensitivity C-reactive protein level in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huoxue Huayu Xiongbi Decoction in the treatment of emergency coronary heart disease angina pectoris can achieve accurate clinical results,and can significantly reduce the amount of Nitroglycerin,and the safety of medication is higher.
