藏毛疾病5例报告

A Report of 5 Cases of Pilonidal Disease

目的:探讨藏毛疾病的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾笔者所在医院2008-2013年收治的5例藏毛疾病患者的临床资料。结果:5例藏毛疾病中藏毛窦3例,藏毛囊肿2例。5例患者均反复发作骶尾部感染,其中2例在瘘口内发现毛发,全部患者均经手术治疗,术后病理为异物性肉芽肿,随访3个月~5年,其中1例患者术后2个月复发经再次手术痊愈。结论:藏毛疾病发病率低,容易误诊,术前应进行全面评估,彻底手术切除是预防复发的关键。

Objective:To explore the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of pilonidal disease.Method:The clinical data of 5 cases from 2008 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Result:There were 3 cases with pilonidal sinus and 2 cases with pilonidal cyst.All the cases suffered from recurrent sacrococcygeal abscess,only 2 cases had the hair in the fistular.All the lesions were radically resected and pathological diagnosis showed foreign body granuloma.Follow-up for 3 months to 5 years,1 case recurrence was present 2 months after the surgery which recovered by reoperation.Conclusion:Pilonidl disease is low incidence and liable to be misdiagnosed,complete evaluation should be made before operation;radical resection is vital for preventing recurrence.
