Design and Realization of Automatic Assembly Machine for Wall Switch Socket

为墙面开关插座提出一种自动装配机设计方法。针对螺钉、铜柱等部件的自动装配要求,采用三菱FX系列的PLC作为控制器,采用威纶系列的触摸屏作为人机交互界面,设计29种手动操作功能、12种局部单动操作功能和8种模式的自动操作功能。设备具有装配速度快、定位精确高、生产效率高等优点,能够减少人工操作,节约人力成本,降低工伤事故发生率。该设备通过夹具、程序、定位、调整传感等基本操作可实现其他型号开关插座的自动化装配生产线。

To present a design method of automatic assembly machine for the wall switch socket. According to the requirements of automatic assembly of components including screws and copper pillars, the PLC of Mitsubishi FX series is used as the controller, and the touch screen of Weinview series is used as the human-machine interface. 29 kinds of manual operation functions, 12 kinds of local single operation functions and 8 kinds of automatic operation functions are designed. The equipment has the advantages of fast assembly speed, high positioning accuracy and high production efficiency. It can reduce the manual operation, save the labor cost and reduce the incidence of industrial accidents. The fundamental operations of the equipment including fixture, programming, positioning and sensor adjustment can also be applied to other types of switch socket automatic assembly line by designing and updating some fixtures.
