摘要
研究了液料比、提取温度、超声时间、超声功率四因素对土生鳞伞菌丝体多糖提取的影响,采用响应曲面法来优化土生鳞伞菌丝体多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。试验结果表明:在超声功率775W、提取温度75℃、液料比35mL/g、超声时间22min时,土生鳞伞多糖的实际得率为9.80%与模型预测值为9.82%接近。由此说明试验结果重复性好,为多糖的提取提供了参考。
In this paper,the effect of four factors on mycelium of polysaccharides from Pholiota terrestris Overh was studied:liquid/material ratio,extraction temperature,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power.Response surface method was used to optimize the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides from mycelia of polysaccharides from Pholiota terrestris Overh.The results showed that: at the ultrasonic power of 775 W,extraction temperature of 75 ℃,liquid-solid ratio of 35 mL/g and ultrasonic time of 22 min,Under this condition,the actual yield of polysaccharide was 9.80% and which was close to the predicted value of 9.82%.It indicated that the test results are good and more repeatable,provided reference for the extraction of polysaccharides.
