摘要
利用等体积浸渍法制备了Cr/γ-Al2O3催化剂,考察了催化剂对乙酸废水的降解性能并用乙酸废水的COD去除率作为评价标准。催化剂活性测试表明:催化剂焙烧温度对催化剂活性有重要影响,当焙烧温度为300℃时,Cr/γ-Al2O3催化剂对乙酸废水COD去除率较高;当反应温度为30℃,乙酸废水初始pH为7,反应体系中H2O2添加量为600μL时,反应1h后催化剂对乙酸废水COD的去除率为44%。
In this study,a Cr/γ-Al2O 3 catalyst was prepared by an impregnation method,and the catalytic activity was evaluated by the COD removal of the degradation of acetic acid wastewater.The catalytic activity tests showed that the calcination temperature of the Cr/γ-Al2O 3 catalyst has an important effect on the catalytic activity for the degradation of acetic acid wastewater.When the calcination temperature was 300 ℃,the COD removal of acetic acid wastewater was superior for the Cr/γ-Al2O 3 catalyst. Meanwhile,when the reaction temperature was 30 ℃,the initial pH of acetic acid wastewater was 7,the amount of H2O2 in the reaction system was 600 μL,and the reaction time was1 h,the COD removal in acetic acid wastewater by the Cr/γ-Al2O 3 catalyst was 44%.
