超声波对正畸牙移动过程中牙龈血流量的影响

摘要 目的探讨超声波对正畸牙移动过程中牙龈血流量的影响。方法选取初次接受正畸治疗的患者40例,以随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=20)与观察组(n=20)。对照组仅接受颌内牵引处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用超声波处理,比较两组血流动力学指数。结果相较于对照组,观察组治疗后第4d、8d、16d的动脉收缩期血流速度(Vs)与舒张期血流速度(Vd)均更高(P<0.05);两组动脉阻力指数(RI)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声波的应用可使正畸牙移动过程中牙龈血流量得到明显增加,由此对组织新陈代谢速度产生积极影响。
