Effects of different water level conditions on germination and growth of Suaeda Salsa

摘要 为了解翅碱蓬适宜的水盐生态条件,为翅碱蓬生态修复提供参考依据。在实验室条件下研究了不同水位高程对翅碱蓬的发芽率、株高等生长指标及土壤理化指标的影响。实验结果表明,翅碱蓬的发芽率和株高与水位高程呈负相关关系,水位高程为5、10、15cm的处理组翅碱蓬发芽率分别为26%、27%、6.25%,株高分别为11、8、6cm,水位条件为20cm和25cm的处理组翅碱蓬不发芽。土壤温度和电导率随水位条件的升高而增加,含水率与水位条件的变化不大。 In order to understand the suitable water and salt ecological conditions of Suaeda salsa,and provide reference basis for ecological restoration of Suaeda salsa.The effects of water level and elevation on the germination rate and plant height of Suaeda salsa were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the germination rate and plant height of Suaeda salsa were negatively correlated with water level elevation.The germination rate of Suaeda salsa was 26%,27% and 6.25% in the treatment group with water level elevation of 5,10 and 15 cm,respectively.The plant height was 11,8 and 6 cm,and the treatment group with water level of 20 cm and 25 cm did not germinate.Temperature and conductivity increase with the increase of water level conditions,while water content and water level conditions do not change much.
