Thoughts on Promoting the Large-Scale Land Greening Actively

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记提出了一系列关于生态文明建设的新思想、新观点、新论断,形成了习近平生态文明思想,这是对马克思主义生态观的回归和发展,是对中国特色社会主义理论体系的丰富,是建设人与自然和谐发展新格局的根本遵循。推进大规模国土绿化,是党中央赋予林草部门的一项重要任务。在推进过程中,要以习近平生态文明思想为指导,紧扣增总量、提质量、保存量三大任务,依靠重点工程、义务植树、部门绿化、社会造林四项举措,重点围绕制约国土绿化政策机制问题,提出有针对性的解决办法,以期更好地推动大规模国土绿化实现高质量发展。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed a series of new thoughts, perspectives and statements on the construction of ecological civilization, and formed Xi Jinping’ s vision of ecological civilization, which is to return and develop the Ecological Concept of Marxism, enrich the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and fundamentally follow the way of building a new pattern of harmonious development between man and nature.Promoting the large-scale land greening is an important task assigned by the Party Central Committee to the forestry and grassland departments.In order to promote the high-quality development of large-scale land greening better, it shall be guided by the Xi Jinping’s vision of ecological civilization, aiming at the three tasks of increasing total amount, improving quality and preserving inventory, and proposing the targeted solutions focusing on policy mechanisms restricting the land greening based on four measures of key projects, voluntary tree planting, departmental greening and social afforestation during the promotion.
