新形势下全面提升江西森林经营水平之思考

Thinking of Comprehensive Improvement Forest Management in Jiangxi Province in the New Situation

当前江西森林经营工作面临前所未有的发展机遇,同时也受一些长期存在的矛盾与问题制约,机遇与挑战并存。存在问题和制约因素有:森林经营理念落后,经营主体积极性不高,森林资源质量整体不高,现行森林经营政策存在不足,林业科技实力不强,森林经营人才队伍缺乏,基础能力建设薄弱。围绕以上存在问题和不足,本人就新形势下江西森林经营工作谈一点自己的浅显思考:新形势下江西森林经营工作应积极转变经营理念,努力提升经营森林积极性,加快科学经营森林步伐,加快森林经营制度改革,不断提升森林经营科技水平,加强森林经营人才队伍建设,加强基础能力建设。

At present,forest management is facing unprecedented opportunities for development in Jiangxi Province ,but also constrained by some long-standing contradictions and problems,opportunities and challenges coexist.The existing problems and constraints are as follows:backward ideas of forest management,low enthusiasm of management subjects,low overall quality of forest resources,deficient current forest management policies,weak scientific and technological strength of forestry,lack of forest management talents,and weak basic capacity building.Focusing on the above problems and shortcomings,I would like to make some simple thinking on Jiangxi’s forest management work in the new situation:in the new situation,forest management work should actively change the management concept in jiangxi province,strive to enhance the enthusiasm of forest management,speed up the pace of scientific forest management,speed up the reform of forest management system,constantly improve the scientific and technological level of forest management,and strengthen the forest management talent team and basic capacity building.
