摘要
现场教学中的“现场”具有丰富的内涵。在干部教育培训“观摩学习型现场教学”实施过程中,现场是现场教学的核心要素。而现场教学本身只是培训方案设计中的一部分,必须服务于干部教育培训的目标。现场教学的内容要与中央最新要求、地方工作重心、参训学员关切、知识理论成果、基地实践经验、培训逻辑架构等相结合。现场教学正是通过塑造教学情境实现与普通参观考察的区别,讲解过程中要通过反复的直接或间接的“教学”暗示才能实现客观现实教学环境向主观虚拟教学情境的有效转换。
Field teaching has rich connotations.In the process of implementing “observing and learning field teaching” in cadre education and training,spot is the core element of field teaching.The field teaching itself is only a part of the training program design,and must serve the goal of cadre education and training.The content of field teaching should be combined with the latest requirements of the central government,the focus of local work,the concerns of the trainees,the achievements of knowledge theory,the practical experience of the base and the logical framework of training.It is through shaping the teaching situation that the field teaching is different from the ordinary visiting and inspecting.In the process of explanation,the effective transformation from objective reality teaching environment to subjective virtual teaching situation can be achieved only through repeated direct or indirect “teaching” hints.
