附着龈增宽术于种植修复前的应用

Application of attachment gingival enlargement before implantation

目的寻找牙种植修复前附着龈不足的解决方法。方法32例56个区域附着龈严重不足的患者在种植Ⅱ期前附着龈增宽术,术后两周测量附着龈增加量。结果附着龈宽度均明显增宽,增加量最少为3mm,最多为5mm,平均为3.9mm。结论附着龈增宽术可以增加种植修复前附着龈的宽度。

Objective To study the effect of attachment gingival enlargement before implantation. Methords Attachment gingival enlargement before second stage implantation in 32 patients with severe insufficiency of attachment gingiva in 56 regions.The zone of attached keratinized mucosa were measured 2 weeks after the surgery.Rusults The width of attachment gingiva was significantly widened.The width of keratinized mucosa increased 3-5mm in 32 patients.Conclusion Adhesive gingival enlargement can increase the width of attachment gingiva before implantation.
