摘要
为了解决某亚音速破甲弹弹底破片质量过大、回飞伤及射手的问题,应用AUTODYN-3D软件对三种不同弹底结构的破甲弹起爆后的破碎过程进行了数值模拟,结合弹底结构发射强度的计算和校核,给出了满足发射强度要求的弹底结构参数。3mm等壁厚球形弹底为比较合适的弹底结构,产生的破片质量最大只有0.17g,对发射系统和人员的威胁很小。
In order to solve the problem of the projectile base structure fragment of subsonic high explosive anti-tank projectile,such as the excessive mass and flying back to hurt shooters,the process of breaking of high explosive anti-tank projectiles with three kinds of projectile base structures after explosion was simulated by using AUTODYN-3D software.The parameters of the projectile base structure satisfying the launching intensity requirements were given by combining the calculation and verification of the launching intensity of projectile base structure.The results show that spherical projectile base with 3 mm wall thickness is more appropriate,and the maximum fragment mass is only 0.17 g,which has very small threaten to the launching system and personnel.
