转接摆杆驱动的小型旋转折叠翼动力学仿真

摘要 为了验证旋转折叠翼的展开性能,对一种转接摆杆驱动的小型旋转折叠翼方案进行研究:应用理论力学的拉格朗日方程,得出了理想化模型的展开运动方程,并通过MATLAB进行数值求解,分析了铰链点的位置范围;应用多体系统动力学理论,在ADAMS中建立了该方案的虚拟样机,仿真分析了动力学运动规律。仿真结果表明两种分析方法得出的小型旋转折叠翼展开运动规律相同;满载情况下,该方案的展开时间满足设计要求。 In order to verify the expansion performance of rotary folding wing,one kind of small rotary folding wing scheme driven by pendulum rod was studied.The expansion equation of motion of the ideal model was derived by applying Lagrange equation of theoretical mechanics;the location of hinge point was analyzed by numerical solution through MATLAB;using the multi-body system dynamics theory,the virtual prototype of the scheme was established in ADAMS,and the kinetic law of motion was simulated.The simulation results show that the motion laws of the small rotating folded wings obtained by the two methods are the same.In full-load case,the expansion time of the scheme meets the design requirements.
