小儿手足口病临床治疗的回顾性研究分析

Retrospective Study on Clinical Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

目的:回顾性分析对小儿手足口病患儿在常规治疗的基础上采取开喉剑喷雾剂联合炎琥宁治疗的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年5月-2018年10月收治的98例小儿手足口病患儿,根据治疗方法不同将其分为治疗组和对照组,各49例,均先进行常规治疗,对照组联合热毒宁治疗,治疗组采用开喉剑喷雾剂联合炎琥宁治疗,比较两组患儿症状缓解时间、治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为95.92%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组皮疹消退时间(3.25±1.22)d,退热时间(1.43±0.32)d,口腔疱疹好转时间(3.78±1.02)d,口腔溃疡好转时间(2.39±0.53)d,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为12.24%,显著低于对照组的40.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿手足口病患儿在常规治疗的基础上采取开喉剑喷雾剂联合炎琥宁治疗的临床效果显著,症状缓解快,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of Kaihoujian Spray combined with Yanhuning on the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease on the basis of routine treatment.Method:A total of 98 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,49 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional therapy.The control group combined with Reduning treatment,the treatment group was treated with Kaihoujian Spray combined with Yanhuning treatment.The symptom relief time,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.92%,which was significantly higher than 71.43% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rash regression time(3.25±1.22),the antipyretic time(1.43±0.32)d and the oral herpes improvement time(3.78±1.02)d,oral ulcers improvement time(2.39±0.53)d,which were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 12.24% significantly lower than 40.82% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Kaihoujian Spray combined with Yanhuning for the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease has obvious clinical effect,rapid relief of symptoms and good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
