踝关节融合术治疗足踝创伤性关节炎的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Ankle Arthrodesis in the Treatment of Traumatic Arthritis of Foot and Ankle

目的:分析关节融合术治疗足踝创伤性关节炎的临床效果。方法:本文研究对象为足踝创伤性关节炎患者100例,采取抽签分组方式分为两组,观察组50例(实施踝关节融合术治疗)、对照组50例(实施保守治疗)。结果:治疗后观察组踝关节功能评分、总有效率、疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对足踝创伤性关节炎患者实施踝关节融合术治疗后,取得的临床效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of arthrodesis in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of foot and ankle.Method:A total of 100 patients with traumatic arthritis of ankle and foot were collected.They divided into two groups by drawing lots.The observation group had 50 cases(treated with ankle arthrodesis) and the control group had 50 cases(treated with conservative treatment).Result:After treatment,the ankle function score,total effective rate and pain score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After ankle arthrodesis for patients with traumatic arthritis of foot and ankle,significant clinical results have been achieved.
