依托咪酯复合丙泊酚对无痛人工流产苏醒后情绪的影响

Effects of Etomidate Combined with Propofol on Emotion after Recovery of Painless Artificial Abortion

目的:探讨依托咪酯复合丙泊酚对无痛人工流产苏醒后情绪的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院接受的160例无痛人流患者,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,每组80例。对照组术中给予丙泊酚麻醉,观察组给予依托咪酯联合丙泊酚麻醉。观察比较两组患者麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、麻醉效果、麻醉不良反应发生情况及情绪评分。结果:两组麻醉起效时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组苏醒时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者麻醉优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组麻醉不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者正性情绪评分均较术前提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者负性情绪评分均较术前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:依托咪酯复合丙泊酚能够减少术后不良反应的发生,且对术后情绪恢复更为有利。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Etomidate combined with Propofol on emotion after recovery of painless artificial abortion.Method:A total of 160 cases of patients with painless artificial abortion in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given Propofol anesthesia during operation,while the observation group was given Etomidate combined with Propofol anesthesia.The anesthesia onset time,recovery time,anesthesia effect,adverse reactions and emotional scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the onset time of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the superior rate of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive emotional scores in the two groups were higher after operation than before operation(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative emotional scores in the two groups were lower after operation than before operation(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Etomidate combined with Propofol can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after surgery,and is more beneficial for the recovery of emotion after operation.
