认知重构护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者围生期的应用及情绪状态分析

Application of Cognitive Reconstruction Nursing in Perinatal Period of Pregnancy Complicated with Heart Failure and Analysis of Emotional State

目的:探讨认知重构护理在妊娠合并心力衰竭患者围生期的应用及情绪状态分析。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月在笔者所在医院产科选择156例妊娠合并心力衰竭的患者为研究对象,将其分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理健康教育,试验组患者在常规护理健康教育的基础上给予认知重构护理干预。干预前和干预后比较两组的抑郁水平、焦虑水平、分娩恐惧及分娩自我效能。结果:在干预前,两组患者上述指标得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在干预后,试验组患者的爱丁堡产后抑郁得分、焦虑自评量表得分、分娩恐惧得分低于对照组,分娩自我效能得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知重构护理可以改善妊娠合并心力衰竭患者的负性情绪状态,提高自我效能水平。

Objective:To explore the application of cognitive reconstruction nursing in perinatal period of pregnancy complicated with heart failure and the analysis of emotional state.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,156 pregnant women with heart failure in obstetrics department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing health education,and the patients in the experimental group were given cognitive reconstruction nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing health education.The levels of depression,anxiety,fear of childbirth and self-efficacy were compared before and after intervention.Result:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of the above indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Edinburgh postpartum depression,self-rating anxiety scale and fear of childbirth in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self-efficacy of childbirth were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive restructuring nursing can improve the negative emotional state and self-efficacy of pregnancy patients with heart failure.
