无缝隙护理在帕罗西汀联合文拉法辛治疗产后抑郁中的应用及对产妇不良情绪产生的影响

Application of Seamless Nursing in Postpartum Depression with Paroxetine and Venlafaxine Treatment and Its Effect on Maternal Adverse Emotions

目的:探讨无缝隙护理在帕罗西汀联合文拉法辛治疗产后抑郁患者中的应用效果及对产妇不良情绪产生的影响。方法:选择2017年4月-2018年11月笔者所在医院治疗的产后抑郁患者66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)。所有患者均给予帕罗西汀联合文拉法辛治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合无缝隙护理。护理后1个月比较两组依从性、不良情绪情况。结果:观察组护理后1个月按时用药、按量用药、饮食指导、定期检查、康复锻炼依从性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后1个月各不良情绪评分均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将无缝隙护理应用于帕罗西汀联合文拉法辛治疗产后抑郁患者中,能提高护理依从性,改善患者不良情绪,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of seamless nursing in postpartum depression patients with Paroxetine combined with Venlafaxin treatment and its effect on maternal adverse emotions.Method:Sixty-six patients with postpartum depression treated in our hospital from April 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(n=33) and the observation group(n=33) according to the random number table method.All patients were treated with Paroxetine combined with Venlafaxine.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was combined with seamless nursing on the basis of the control group.The compliance and adverse emotions of the two groups were compared 1 month after nursing.Result:The compliance of medication on time,medication according to dosage,dietary guidance,regular examination,and rehabilitation exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 1 month after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of adverse emotions in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of obsession,depression,hostility and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless nursing in postpartum depression with Paroxetine and Venlafaxine treatment can improve the nursing compliance of patients and improve the adverse emotions of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
