中医辨证护理在高血压脑出血患者临床护理中的实践研究

Practical Research on TCM Differentiation Syndrome Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:评价中医辨证护理干预对高血压脑出血患者临床预后的影响,以优化高血压脑出血患者临床护理工作。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年6月-2018年2月收治住院治疗的高血压脑出血患者84例。进行患者随机分组,各42例。试验组、参照组高血压脑出血患者分别接受中医辨证护理及常规护理。对比两组高血压脑出血患者干预期间血肿吸收情况、神经功能评分情况及尿路感染、便秘等并发症情况。结果:试验组高血压脑出血患者干预后血肿量、水肿面积等血肿吸收情况及神经功能评分情况均明显优于参照组,尿路感染、便秘等并发症发生率低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者治疗期间配合中医辨证护理干预可以提高患者安全性、促进患者血肿吸收及神经功能缺损状况改善,护理效果显著。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of TCM differentiation syndrome differentiation nursing intervention on clinical prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in order to optimize the clinical nursing work of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 84 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the experimental group and the reference group with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage received TCM differentiation syndrome nursing and routine nursing.The hematoma absorption,neurological function scores,urinary tract infections,constipation and other complications were compared between the two groups of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Result:The hematoma volume, edema area and neurological function of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as urinary tract infection and constipation was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with TCM syndrome differentiation can improve the safety of patients,promote the hematoma absorption and improve the neurological deficit,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
