火疗治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果观察

Efficacy of Fire Treatment in Post-herpetic Neuralgia

目的:研究火疗治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法:抽取笔者所在医院2015年10月-2018年10月进行治疗的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者82例进行研究,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各41例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上实施火疗治疗,观察两组疼痛、治疗效果与生活质量。结果:治疗前两组VAS、GQOL-74评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗5 d及治疗结束后,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组GQOL-74评分高于对照组,治疗总有效率(92.68%)高于对照组(75.61%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采取火疗治疗,能够明显改善疼痛情况,提升生活质量,值得应用。

Objective:To study the effect of fire treatment in post-herpetic neuralgia.Method:A total of 82 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected and assigned to two groups according to different therapies,41 cases in each group.The control group took the routine therapy,and the study group took the fire treatment on the basis of the control group.The pain,curative effect and life quality were investigated between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,VAS and GQOL-74 scores were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).5 days after treatment and after treatment,VAS scores in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,GQOL-74 scores in the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the total effective rate in the study group(92.68%) was higher than that of the control group(75.61%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with postherpetic neuralgia were treated with fire treatment can remarkably relieve the pain and improve the life quality.It is worthy of application.
