半夏泻心汤加减治疗脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Plus and Minus on Chronic Superficial Gastritis of Dampness-heat Type of Spleen and Stomach

目的:探究脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者接受半夏泻心汤加减治疗的效果。方法:以脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者100例作为此次研究对象(选取时间2018年1-6月),按照简单分组原则将患者分为两组。对照组行奥美拉唑治疗,试验组行半夏泻心汤加减治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分均较治疗前降低,试验组治疗后中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎患者接受半夏泻心汤加减治疗,可获得较好的效果,且用药安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction plus and minus treatment on patients with chronic superficial gastritis of dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach were selected as the subjects of this study(from January to June 2018),and patients were divided into two groups according to the simple grouping principle.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,while the experimental group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction plus and minus.The treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms after treatment in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic superficial gastritis of dampness-heat type of spleen and stomach are treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction plus and minus,which can obtain better effect and higher safety.
