阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死效果及对血小板聚集率、神经功能的影响

Effect of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel on Acute Cerebral Infarction,Platelet Aggregation Rate and Neurological Function

目的:探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死效果及对血小板聚集率、神经功能的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年2月-2018年5月80例急性脑梗死患者,随机均分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予氯吡格雷,比较两组患者临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(CSS评分)与日常生活能力评分(ADL评分)、血小板聚集情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率87.50%,高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后CSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血小板聚集率较低于对照组,最大血小板聚集时间高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷有利于降低急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集率,改善患者神经功能与日常生活能力,疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on acute cerebral infarction,platelet aggregation rate and neurological function.Method:Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction from February 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Aspirin.Patients in the observation group were given Clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score(CSS score) and daily living ability score(ADL score),platelet aggregation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 87.50%,higher than 67.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The platelet aggregation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the maximum platelet aggregation time was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel is beneficial to reduce the platelet aggregation rate in patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve the neurological function and daily living ability of patients,with remarkable curative effect and high safety.
