安普贴水胶敷料在预防无创呼吸机患者面部压力性损伤中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Ampoule Glue Dressing in the Prevention of Facial Stress Injury in Non-invasive Ventilator Patients

目的:研究安普贴水胶敷料在预防无创呼吸机患者面部压力性损伤中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年4月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的无创呼吸机患者46例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组与参照组,各23例。其中参照组采用常规无创呼吸机干预措施,试验组采用安普贴水胶敷料,对比两组患者实际情况。结果:两组干预前后呼吸频率、心率、二氧化碳分压、血氧分压比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组舒适度及满意度评分均高于参照组,试验组面部皮肤压痛、压红、灼热、破溃发生率均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机患者治疗期间实施安普贴水胶敷料效果确切。

Objective:To study the application effect of ampoule glue dressing in non-invasive ventilator patients with facial stress injury.Method:A total of 46 patients with non-invasive ventilator in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional noninvasive ventilator,the experimental group was treated with ampoule glue dressing dressing,the actual situation of the two groups was compared.Result:There was no difference in respiratory rate,heart rate,carbon dioxide partial pressure and oxygen partial pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The comfort and satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the reference group,the incidence of facial tenderness,redness,burning and ulceration of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of patients with non-invasive ventilator,the effect of applying ampoule glue dressing is exact.
