介绍了乙炔生产装置渣浆管线结垢现状,分析了结垢原因及影响因素,给出了相应的缓解结垢的措施,并建议采用超声波除垢方法.

The present situation of scale in the slag slurry pipeline of acetylene production equipment was introduced.The causes of scaling and the influencing factors were analyzed.Corresponding measures to mitigate the scaling were given,and the ultrasonic scale removing method was recommended.
