“互联网+”背景下档案用户心理转变研究 被引量:1

Research on the Psychological Transformation of Archival Users under the Background of “Internet +”

摘要 探析"互联网+"时代下档案用户的心理变化状况与特点,有利于档案馆转变内敛的社会性格特征,主动、高效率地提供质量过硬的个性化服务,并在满足用户需求的基础上,提升社会对档案价值的认同。本文通过查询、分析档案用户心理的有关文献,提出用户心理态度、用户心理行为、用户心理价值三个影响因素,并根据影响因素提出用户心理特征、用户心理印象、用户心理参与、用户心理需求、用户心理判断、用户心理情感六个影响用户心理的假设。然后通过调查问卷的方式,逐步验证六个假设。三个影响因素中共五个假设能够导致用户心理变化,最后依据这五个假设提出慎重考虑用户心理特征、建立良好数字服务形象、关注用户利用心理需求、强化档案信息资源智能化挖掘四个建议。 Exploring the psychological changes and characteristics of archival users in the era of“Internet +”is beneficial for the archives to change its introverted social character trait and provide users with active personalized services. With the basis of meeting the needs of users,it can help enhance the recognition of archives value on the society. By querying and analyzing the relevant literature about the archival users’psychology,the paper puts forward three influence factors,including users’psychological attitude,users’psychological behavior and users’psychological value. According to the influence factors,the paper proposes six assumptions,including the users’psychological characteristics,impression, participation,needs,judgment,and emotions .Then,through the questionnaire,the six assumptions are gradually verified,which can lead to psychological changes in users.The paper discovers that five assumptions can change the users’psychology among the three influence factors and proposes suggestions,including considerating the users’psychological characteristics,establishing a good digital service image,paying attention to the users’psychological needs,and strengthening the intelligent mining of archival information resources.
