Comparative performance study of the yak fibers from three different districts with different ages

摘要 通过对3个地区1、3、5、6周岁母牛颈部牦牛绒的表面形态、主体长度、直径、细度、强度、摩擦性能、油脂等进行研究,指出它们的性能差异和适用范围,以扩展牦牛绒在纺织行业的应用范围。研究结果表明:拉萨地区的1岁牦牛绒油脂含量最低,主体长度最长,达到26.15mm;5岁牦牛绒摩擦性能最好,摩擦效应达到12.76%;6岁牦牛绒强度最大,达到1.76cN/dtex。所以拉萨地区的牦牛绒适用于制备高档纺织品。玉树地区的3岁牦牛绒直径最小,达到16.162μm,细度最低,达到3.14dtex,所以玉树地区的牦牛绒适用于制备服用纺织品。当雄地区的牦牛绒主体长度较短,直径和细度相对较大,强度低,摩擦效应较差,油脂含量较多,适用于制备普梳产品。 The surface, length, diameter, fineness, tensile behavior, friction performance and grease of the yak fibers from the neckpart of the cows with ages of one, three, five and six in three areas of Yushu, Lhasa and Damxung are tested and studied, and theirperformance difference and application scope are pointed out to broaden the application of yak fibers. The test results show that the greasecontent of one year old yak fibers in Lhasa is the lowest, and the length of one year old yak fibers in Lhasa is the longest of 26.15 mm. Thefriction performance of five year old yak fibers in Lhasa is up to the maximum of 12.76%. The intensity of six year old yak fibers in Lhasa isup to the maximum of 1.76 cN/dtex. So Lhasa yak fiber is suitable for topper textile production. The diameter of three year old yak fibers inYushu is the finest of 16.162 μm. The fineness of three year old yak fibers in Yushu is the least of 3.14 dtex. So Yushu yak fiber is suitablefor the development fabric with good air permeability and comfortable capability. The length of yak fibers in Damxung is shorter. The diameterand fineness of yak fibers in Damxung are bigger. The intensity and friction performance of yak fibers in Damxung are smaller. The greasecontent of yak fibers in Damxung is too much. So that Damxung yak fiber is suitable to produce carded production.
