低气压等离子体工艺参数对制备超疏水涤纶织物的影响 被引量:5

Preparation of super-hydrophobic polyster fabric by low pressure plasma

摘要 以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为单体,用低气压等离子体制备超疏水涤纶织物,并探索了等离子体处理的最佳工艺条件。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X光电子能谱(XPS)对处理前后试样的表面形貌和表面化学组成进行表征分析,讨论了等离子体处理对试样耐水洗性、透气透湿性以及断裂拉伸性等服用性能的影响。结果表明,等离子处理的最佳工艺参数为:压强200Pa、时间60s。在该工艺条件下处理得到的涤纶织物接触角为156.26°,且涤纶表面接枝了PDMS的交联薄膜,因此具有较好的耐水洗性,经过100次水洗之后接触角仍可维持在150.34°。此外,等离子体处理对织物原有的服用性能影响不大。 Superhydrophobic polyester fabric is fabricated by low pressure plasma with PDMS as the monomer, and the optimum process conditions for plasma processing is explored. The SEM, FT-IR and XPS are used to characterize and analyze the surface morphology and surface chemical composition of the samples before and after treatment. The influence of the plasma treatment on the wearability of the samples such as air and moisture permeabilities and tensile property is discussed. The results indicate that the best process parameters are pressure of 200 Pa and time of 60 s. The water contact angle of the surface under this treatment is 156.26°, and the PDMS coated film is grafted to the PET fabric with chemical bonds, so it has great water durability, and it could still remain 150.34°after 100 times of washing. Besides, the plasma treated samples have little influence on wear comfort.
