有机肥不同基源食用菌菌糠主要营养成分及安全性评价 被引量:4

摘要 文章评价张掖市常见的4种菌糠营养成分及安全性。以杏鲍菇菌糠、海鲜菇菌糠、姬菇菌糠、香菇菌糠为材料,分析测试了有机质,N,P,K,As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr含量及pH值,采用隶属函数法对其营养成分及安全性进行综合评价。结果表明,张掖市4种食用菌菌糠均含有丰富的有机质和一定的养分,重金属As,Hg,Pb,Cd,Cr含量均低于NY525-2012有机肥重金属含量指标值,是一种优质的有机肥基源物质。通过隶数函数法综合评价,杏鲍菇营养成分及安全性指标最优。 The nutritional composition and safety of four kinds of edible fungi residue commonly found in Zhangye city(Pleurotus eryngii, Hypsizygus marmoreus, Pleurotus ostreatus and Lentinus edodes) were evaluated in this paper. Their content of organic matter, N, P, K, As, Hg, Pb, Cd, Cr and pH value were detected, their nutrition properties and safety were evaluated using the method of subordinate function. The results showed that all the 4 kinds of fungi residue chaff were rich in organic matter and nutrients. The contents of heavy metals, namely As, Hg, Pb, Cd and Cr were all lower than the heavy metal standard value for organic fertilizer(NY525-2012). So, they were high-quality organic fertilizer. Through the comprehensive evaluation of subordinate function method, the nutritive composition and safety index of the Pleurotus eryngii residue was the best.
