畜禽粪污资源化利用“整县推进”规划调研及可行性分析——以云南省丘北县为例

Investigation and Feasibility Analysis on the Plan of “Whole County Promotion” for Resource Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Manures:A Case Study of Qiubei County, Yunnan Province

为了探索畜禽粪污资源化利用整县推进项目在云南省丘北县的可实施性,该研究通过前期实践调研、中期数据整理以及后期综合分析,客观地评价了丘北县开展畜禽粪污资源化利用整县推进的项目优势及存在问题,并且有针对性地对丘北县开展畜禽粪污资源化利用整县推进布局状况进行了情境模拟,旨在为丘北县畜禽粪污资源化利用整县推进提供一种思考,抓住时代机遇、政策红利,促进丘北县加快实施畜禽粪污资源化利用整县推进的步伐。

In order to explore the feasibility of the whole county promotion project of livestock and poultry manure resource utilization in Qiubei county, Yunnan province, this study objectively evaluated the advantages and problems of the whole county promotion project through preliminary practice investigation, mid-term data sorting and later comprehensive analysis. In addition, the situation simulation of livestock and poultry manure resources utilization in Qiubei county was conducted, aiming to provide a way for the whole county to promot livestock and poultry manure utilization.
