三级医院护士开展“互联网+护理服务”意愿及需求的质性研究

Qualitative study on the willingness to and needs for providing Internet + nursing services among nurses in tertiary hospitals

目的了解三级医院护士开展"互联网+护理服务"意愿及需求,为完善该护理服务模式提供参考。方法自拟提纲对1所三级医院的13名临床护士进行一对一深入访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料、提炼主题。结果提炼出4个主题:有较强的开展"互联网+护理服务"意愿;人身安全与执业安全保障需求;护理服务医疗风险控制需求;合理收费需求。结论三级医院护士对"互联网+护理服务"有较强的意愿,安全保障、相关规范标准及合理收费是当前主要需求。相关管理部门应尽快加以建设和完善,以促进"互联网+护理服务"良性发展。

Objective To understand the willingness to and needs for providing Internet+ nursing services among nurses in tertiary hospitals, and to provide reference for improving the nursing service model. Methods Thirteen nurses from 1 tertiary hospital received semi-structured one-to-one in-depth interview, then data were transcribed and analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological method. Results Four themes were identified: strong willingness to provide Internet+ nursing services;need for personal safety and practice safety;need for nursing risk control;and need for reasonable fees. Conclusion Nurses working in tertiary hospital are strongly willing to provide Internet+ nursing service, and their main needs include safety guarantee, related standardization and regulations, and reasonable reward. The administrative departments should take active measures to promote the healthy development of this model.
