随着快递业务量快速增长,快递企业提倡绿色包装不仅能减少资源浪费,还能降低环境污染。顺丰在绿色包装应用方面颇有建树:循环箱在冷链物流中得以利用,物流无人机、智能硬件和智慧服务等技术成为发展绿色包装的助推器。但其绿色包装理念未能具体化,实施流程需不断优化,技术应用范围小,包装材料过度使用,回收机制不完善以及员工环保意识薄弱等问题还比较突出。仍需进一步优化快递流程、加大技术开发力度、完善回收体系和提高员工素质,为快递行业绿色包装应用积累经验。

With the rapid growth of express business, advocating green packaging by express enterprises can not only reduce waste of resources, but also reduce environmental pollution. However, its green packaging concept has not been concretized, the implementation process needs to be continuously optimized, the technical application range is small, the packaging materials are overused, the recycling mechanism is not perfect, and the employees ‘environmental awareness is weak. There is still a need to further optimize the express delivery process, increase the development of technology, improve the recycling system and improve the quality of employees, and accumulate experience for the green packaging application in the express delivery industry.
