摘要
针对当前我国流域环境污染治理政策工具选择中存在的问题,采用政策网络分析法,构建一个流域环境污染治理政策网络和政策工具选择的整体性分析框架,并分析其要点和启示。
In order to solve the problem in the selection of policy instrument for environmental pollution governance in Chinese watershed, this paper adopts the method of policy network, constructs a holistic analysis framework for analyzing the selection of policy instrument for environmental pollution governance in river basin, and analyzes its main points and implications.
