在校护生组织创新氛围感知现状及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查在校护生的组织创新氛围感知现状并分析其影响因素,为增强护生组织创新氛围提供参考。方法:采用组织创新氛围量表和护理专业承诺量表、知识分享量表对411名在校护生进行调查。结果:在校护生学校组织创新氛围总分为(73.80±10.70)分,护理专业承诺总分为(81.14±14.06)分,知识分享总分为(25.85±4.52)分;多元线性回归显示,知识分享意愿、知识分享行为、专业努力意愿、专业价值认同、创新类课程培训是影响护生组织创新氛围感知的因素(P<0.05)。结论:在校护生组织创新氛围感知水平处于中等稍偏上水平,护理教育者、护理院校管理者应根据影响因素有针对性地改善护生组织创新氛围。 Objective: To understand the current situation of organizational innovative atmosphere of nursing students and explore its influencing factors. Methods: Totally 411 nursing students were surveyed by Organizational Innovative Atmosphere Scale, Nursing Professional Commitment Scale and Knowledge Sharing Scale. Results: The total score of organizational innovative atmosphere, nursing professional commitment, and knowledge sharing was (73.80±10.70),(81.14±14.06) and (25.85±4.52) respectively. Multiple linear regression showed that the influencing factors were the willingness to share knowledge, the behavior of knowledge sharing, the willingness to make professional efforts, the recognition of professional value, and attending innovative courses or trainings (P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of innovative atmosphere of nursing students' organizations is slightly higher than the average level. Nursing educators and administrators of nursing colleges should enhance the innovative atmosphere of nursing students' organizations according to the influencing factors.
