摘要
对国外护士隐性缺勤的研究现状进行综述,阐述隐性缺勤的概念、测评工具、护士隐性缺勤发生率及影响,从个人层面和工作层面分析国外护士隐性缺勤行为的影响因素,探讨目前研究的不足之处,旨在为我国护士隐性缺勤的研究及管理提供参考与借鉴。
This paper reviews the presenteeism among foreign nurses, introduces the concept, the assessment tools, the incidence and impact of presenteeism in nurses, and explores the influencing factors of presenteeism behavior of foreign nurses from the individual and work level, and points out the limitation of current research. It is to provide reference for further research and management of presenteeism among nurses in China.
