摘要
文章将从正念的起源及内涵,孕期正念干预方案分类及主要内容,正念干预在孕期女性中的应用及效果等方面进行综述,从而总结现有研究的不足,提出未来的研究方向,以期为我国进一步开展相关研究提供理论基础。
The mindfulness-based interventions during pregnancy have been proven to improve the physical and mental health of pregnant women. However, domestic research is still in its infancy. The article will summarize the origin and connotation of mindfulness and the classification and main content of mindfulness-based intervention programs as well as its application and effects on pregnant women, so as to summarize the shortcomings of existing research and propose directions for the future and provide a theoretical basis for further domestic research.
