从现役军官到高校教师之再就业策略与思考——以融智学院自主择业军官为例

Thoughts on the Re-employment Strategy of Transforming from Officers in Active Service to College Teachers:Taking the Autonomous Career Choice of Officers in Rongzhi College as an Example

从近年来选择安置方式的趋势来看,越来越多的军转干部选择"自主择业"的安置方式,在选择行业方向上,更多的军转干部选择了教育产业,尤其是到民办高校继续工作的人数在不断上升。本文以2018年7名自主择业军官到重庆工商大学融智学院任职的再就业历程为例,从选择安置方式、确定行业方向、求职应聘准备、岗位任职挑战和就业思考等方面进行梳理总结,尽可能地把再就业过程中的技巧和策略提炼出来,希望能供准备选择或已经选择自主择业的同仁们参考。

Judging from the trend of selecting resettlement methods in recent years, more and more demobilized officers have chosen the resettlement mode of "autonomous career choice". In the direction of selecting industries, more demobilized officers have chosen the education industry. In particular, more and more of them choose to work in private colleges. Taking the re-employment process of 7 demobilized officers autonomously choosing to work in Rongzhi College of Chongqing Technology and Business University in 2018 as an example, this paper summarizes from the following aspects: selection of resettlement methods, determination of industry directions, preparation for job application, challenges of work and employment thinking. The writer tries to refine the skills and strategies of re-employment as far as possible, hoping to provide reference for the relevant readers.
