摘要 随着经济和卫生健康事业的蓬勃发展,人类的寿命日益延长,人口老龄化问题也日趋严峻,对我国老年医学教育提出巨大的挑战。老年医学作为我国一门新兴的临床学科,其培养模式尚在逐步摸索之中。建立一个较为完善的培养模式,培养高素质的老年医学专业研究生,使之既肩负临床工作、又能展开科研探索,是目前老年医学教育的重点及难点。笔者以OBE(成果导向教育,outcome-based education,OBE)教学模式为指导理念,以培养老年医学研究生的医学人文修养、临床实践能力及科研创新能力为出发点,对老年医学的培养模式进行改革,对老年医学研究生的理论水平、临床技能及科研素养能力进行培训,并建立较为完善的考核方式。通过一系列创新,逐渐培养研究生对临床、科研工作的主观能动性,为培养老年医学专业高素质人才提供平台。 With the vigorous development of the economy and public health, the life expectancy of human beings is prolonging, and the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious. The ageing of the population poses a huge challenge to the education of geriatrics in China. As an emerging clinical discipline, geriatrics in China is gradually exploring its training mode. Establishing a relatively perfect training mode, cultivating high-quality postgraduate students in geriatrics, making it a part of clinical work and exploring research has become the focus and difficulty of geriatric medical education. We takes OBE (outcome- based education, OBE) as the guiding ideology, and reforms the training mode of geriatrics by cultivating the medical humanities, clinical practice and scientific research ability of geriatric graduate students. Through the training of geriatric theory teaching methods, clinical skills and scientific research literacy, and the establishment of a more comprehensive assessment method, through a series of innovations, we gradually cultivate the subjective initiative of graduate students in clinical and scientific research, in order to provide a platform for cultivating high-quality talents for geriatrics.
