大数据侦查推动刑事执法基本技能实战化教学改革

Big Data Detection Promotes the Practical Teaching Reform of the Basic Skills of Criminal Enforcement

本文从大数据侦查入手研究大数据侦查对传统侦查的冲击,剖析开展大数据侦查所需要的专业技能和思维意识、方法,结合刑事执法规范化建设的要求,对刑事执法基本技能实战化教学进行训练模块的重构,同时针对训练教学内容的特点,就教学训练的师资力量、硬件设施、教学资源保障等提出建议。以期通过本课程的教学,让学生真正成为能适应大数据条件下的公安实战工作的专业人才,具备大数据的侦查意识和大数据侦查思维,学会大数据采集、分析的基本方法,了解大数据侦查的常用技战法,掌握大数据侦查的取证方法,能够运用大数据对传统侦查措施进行改良,学会在现实的物理空间之外开辟虚拟的数据空间,发现更多的破案线索,快速破案,缩短进入公安实战的适应期。

We need to reconstruct the block of this course by studying the impact of the big data detection on the traditional investigation, analyzing the professional skills and thinking consciousness and methods needed to carry out big data detection, combined with the requirements of standardized construction of criminal enforcement, and the training model of practical teaching of basic skills of criminal enforcement. At the same time, according to the characteristics of the training, we make suggestions on teachers, hardware facilities, teaching resources guarantee, etc., hoping that the students become able to adapt to public security work on the conditions of big data, and they can develop the consciousness and thinking of big data detection, learn the basic means of the collection and analysis, understand the common techniques and methods, master the forensics method of big data detection, improve the traditional investigation measures, learn to open up virtual data space outside of the real physical space for finding more clues to solve the cases, and shorten the adaption period of the public security combat.
