应用型本科院校财务管理专业培养方案研究——以广东省某高校为例

Research on the Training Program of the Financial Management Major in Applied Undergraduate Colleges:Taking a College of Guangdong Province as an Example

近几年来,为使财管类毕业生更好地适应社会对人才多方面的要求,很多高校在不断调整修订财务管理人才培养方案。从修订内容来看,较以往更注重学生实践能力和品德的培养,这在校企合作的加强、技能大赛的开展、考证制度的完善、开设德学教育系列课程等中得以体现。总体来看,人才培养方案是在不断完善的,但仍然存在一些不足。本文旨在分析某高校财务管理专业培养方案,并针对不足之处提出一些建议。

In recent years, in order to make financial management graduates better adapt to the requirements of the society in many aspects, many colleges and universities are constantly adjusting and revamping financial management talent training programs.From the revised content, more emphasis is placed on the cultivation of students’ practical ability and morality than in the past,such as the strengthening of school-enterprise cooperation, the development of skill competitions, the improvement of the certificate system, and the establishment of a series of courses on moral education. Overall, the talent training program is constantly improving, but there are still some shortcomings. This paper aims to analyze the training program of the financial management major in a college, and put forward some suggestions for the shortcomings.
