癌症患者负性情绪表现及干预措施研究进展

Research progress on negative emotional expression and intervention methods in cancer patients

癌症作为一种持续的负性情绪应激源,给患者身心带来严重的危害,直接影响其生存质量、治疗效果和疾病转归。国内外学者皆在积极探索有效的干预方法来改善癌症患者的负性情绪,取得一定的效果,但癌症患者的负性情绪仍普遍存在。本文就癌症患者负性情绪的表现及干预现状进行综述,以期为癌症患者负性情绪的管理研究提供思路和借鉴。

Cancer, as a persistent negative emotional stress source, brings serious harm to patients' body and mind, and directly affects their quality of life, treatment effect and disease outcomes. Scholars at home and abroad are actively exploring effective intervention methods to improve the negative emotions of cancer patients, and have achieved some results, but negative emotions of cancer patients are still widespread. This article reviews the expression and intervention of negative emotions in cancer patients, with a view to providing ideas and reference for the management of negative emotions in cancer patients.
