PBT/PLA共混纤维的结构性能表征

摘要 分别以聚丙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(EVA-g-MAH)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(ABS-g-MAH)的产物作为增容剂,采用熔融纺丝法制备了不同质量比的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚乳酸(PLA)、增容剂的共混纤维。利用SEM、DSC、TG和XRD等不同方法,研究了不同种类和含量的增容剂对共混纤维结构性能的影响。结果表明:在实验范围内,对于质量比为70/30的PBT/PLA共混体系,3种增容剂均不同程度地改善了PBT和PLA两相间的相容性,除终了分解温度tb略有下降外,PBT/PLA共混纤维的玻璃化温度tg、冷结晶温度tc、初始分解温度ta和拉伸断裂强度等都有提高。不同种类增容剂相比较,EVA-g-MAH的增容效果比PP-g-MAH和ABS-g-MAH的增容效果略微明显。 Using polypropylene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride(PP-g-MAH), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride(EVA-g-MAH) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride(ABS-g-MAH) as compatibilizers, blended fibers with different mass ratios of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT), polylacticacid(PLA) and compatibilizer were prepared by melt spinning. The effects of different types and contents of compatibilizers on the structural and properties of the blend fibers were investigated by SEM, DSC, TG and XRD. The results show that within the scope of this experiment, the compatibility of PBT and PLA with a mass ratio of 70/30 is improved by the three compatibilizers. The glass transition temperature t_g, the cold crystallization temperature t_c, the initial decomposition temperature t_a, and the tensile rupture strength of the PBT/PLA blend fibers are increased while the final decomposition temperature t_b is slightly decreased. The compatibilizing effect of EVA-g-MAH is slightly better than that of PP-g-MAH and ABS-g-MAH.
