摘要 为了鉴别古代染色织物上的靛蓝染料,针对植物靛蓝染色棉织物进行剥色及鉴别研究。首先确定了最佳剥色条件,在此基础上采用高效液相色谱法对萃取液中的靛蓝组分进行检测分析。研究表明:植物靛蓝染色棉织物的最佳萃取条件为≥1∶100固液比下,DMF萃取90min;高效液相色谱检测结果表明:只需≥1.5mg的纱线即可测出靛蓝组分,确定为靛蓝染料。 In order to identify indigo dyes on the ancient dyed fabrics, a simulation study has been performed using modern cotton fabrics dyed with plant indigos to investigate the optimal conditions for color stripping and plant indigos identification. The indigos were stripped using DMF and their concentrations were determined in terms of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The optimal conditions for stripping of indigos from the cotton fabrics are: liquid/solid ratio≥100, extraction time=90 minutes. The indigo components can be detected and identified by HPLC from the stripping solution obtained with only 1.5 mg yarns.
