摘要
目的:探讨Teach-back方法对青海某三甲医院乳腺癌化疗患者健康素养的干预效果。方法:选择2016年12月-2018年2月在我院就诊的103例乳腺癌化疗患者作为调查对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用Teach-back方法,对照组采用常规健康宣教方法,比较两组患者干预前和干预后健康素养水平和焦虑水平。结果:观察组患者干预后健康素养水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者干预后的焦虑水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back方法能够有效提高高海拔地区乳腺癌化疗患者的健康素养,并能降低患者的焦虑水平,是一种有效的健康宣教方法。
Objective:This study is to explore the effect on health literacy of the patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy by the application of Teach-back method.Methods:103 patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy were selected from the hospital in Qinghai from December 2016 to February 2018 as objects. This study divided the patients into the control group and the experimental group randomLy, which were implemented routine health education and Teach-back method respectively. The levels of health literacy and anxiety of two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:The level of health literacy in the Experimental group was obviously higher than those of patients in the control group with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The level of anxiety in the experimental group was obviously lower than those of patients in the control group, in which there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The affection of Teach-back method on the level of health literacy and anxiety in patients with breast cancer after postoperative chemotherapy are significant, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
