摘要
为了研究锥角对聚能装药爆炸喷涂技术制备的WC/Co涂层组织形态的影响,在使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件的基础上,应用光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)方法对不同锥角下粉末粒子的运动状态进行了数值模拟,并通过实验对模拟结果进行了验证。模拟结果显示,当装药锥角为60°时,粉末粒子流均匀性远高于其他锥角,且粒子流运动速度总体维持在2~2.75 km/s。实验结果显示,当装药锥角为60°时,涂层面积较装药锥角为40°时增长164.88%,较装药锥角为50°时增长39.73%,均匀性最佳。
To study the influence of cone angle on the morphology of WC/Co coating prepared by shaped charge explosive spraying,the numerical simulation about motion state of the powder particles under different cone angles was carried out with smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH) method based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,and the simulation results were experimentally verified.The simulation results reveal that when the cone angle of charge is 60°,the uniformity of particle flow is much higher than that of other angles,and the velocity is generally maintained at 2~2.75 km/s.The experimental results show that when the cone angle of charge is 60°,the coating area increases by 164.88% and 39.37%,respectively compared with the cone angle of 40° and 50°,and its uniformity is the best.
