摘要 针对三维激光扫描法大型地下储油洞库容积测量中点云区域分割和容积计算技术进行研究,提出了人工粗分和计算机辅助精确计算相结合的方法,该方法首先在靠近相贯线高的和低点附近人工选择两个点,然后计算机计算以这两个点为中心的一定鉴别域内N个点的x、y和z坐标的平均值。搜寻得到两区域相贯线相对高点和低点,以过这两点并与主洞室x轴平行的平面切割巷道进行区域分割。采用此方法对某实际双主洞室洞库进行了区域分割并采用体积叠加法和矩形微元法计算了各区域容积,计算生成了各区域容积表以及总容积表,结果比较理想,解决了现有方法相对繁琐的问题。 3D laser scanning point cloud region segmentation and volume calculation technique, in the large underground oil storage cavern volume measurement, has been studied in this paper. A combination method was proposed to identify the higher and lower points of the intersecting line of the main tunnel and the branch tunnel. In the method, two space point near the upper and lower target points are manually selected, then the mean values of x, y and z coordinates of N points around the selected point of which z coordinate are biggest ( upper point) or smallest (lower point) calculated by computer. The mean values of x, y and z the upper and lower points defines a line cross through this two space points. The plane across through the line and parallel to the x coordinate is used to segment two regions. With this method, segmentations were made on a real cavern of two main tunnels, then the volumes of each region are calculated, capacity tables of each region and whole cavern were obtained at last, and the segmentation results are satisfied. This method is simple in operation, the problem of tedious operation in the existing methods is solved.
