油酸酰胺聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐的合成及性能研究

摘要 以油酸酰胺聚氧乙烯醚(7EO)、氯乙酸钠、氢氧化钠为原料进行羧甲基化反应,合成了油酸酰胺聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐(OAPEC)。通过正交试验探讨了原料物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺参数,得出合成工艺条件为:n(7EO)∶n(氯乙酸钠)∶n(NaOH)=1∶1.1∶1.1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为5 h。整个反应在氮气保护下进行,产率为83.73%。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱确定了产物的结构,并对产物的性能进行了测试,结果表明:OAPEC的临界表面张力为29.787 mN/m,消泡速率为0.034 cm/min,乳化时间大于60 min,渗透性为26.13 s,钙皂分散性为20%,去污力为62.16%,増溶性为38 L/mol。OAPEC具有更好的分散性、乳化性、泡沫稳定性及去污力,是性能优良的阴离子表面活性剂。 The oleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether(7 EO) carboxylate(OAPEC) was synthesized by carboxymethylation of oleic acid amide polyoxyethylene ether(7 EO), sodium chloroacetate and sodium hydroxide. Process parameters such as molar ratio of reaction raw materials, reaction temperature and reaction time were studied by orthogonal test. The optimum process conditions were identified as follows: n(polyether): n(sodium chloroacetate): n(NaOH) = 1:1.1 :1.1, the reaction temperature is 60 ℃, and the reaction time is 5 hours, respectively. This reaction was protected by nitrogen, and the yield is 83.73%. Structure of the OAPEC was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR, and its properties were also investigated. It was found that the γcmc of the OAPEC is 29.787 mN/m, the defoaming rate of solution OAPEC is 0.034 cm/min, the emulsifying time is over 60 mins, the infiltration time is 26.13 s, the dispersibility LSDP is 20%, the detergency was 62.16%, and the solubility was 38 L/mol. The results have shown that OAPEC has good dispersibility, emulsibility, foam stability and detergency. It is an anionic surfactant with excellent performance.
