用花生壳制备铋/硫掺杂活性炭催化硼氢化钠还原对硝基苯酚

Reduction of p-Nitrophenol with Sodium Borohydride with Bismuth/Sulfur-Doped Activated Carbon Prepared from Peanut Shells as Catalyst

摘要 将花生壳先高温碳化再用浓硫酸活化,得到普通活性炭,然后通过浸渍法制备了铋/硫掺杂活性炭.用X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和热重分析仪对催化剂进行了表征,发现铋和硫均以单质的形式均匀分散在活性炭中.以该催化剂在水中催化过量硼氢化钠还原对硝基苯酚,发现硫含量对催化剂的性能有一定的影响,含硫8%时,催化性能最好,重复使用8次活性基本不变. Ordinary activated carbon was prepared by subjecting peanut shells to high temperature carbonization and the activization by concentrated sulfuric acid successively, which was then used for the preparation of bismuth/sulfur-doped activated carbon in an impregnation process. The catalyst was characterized by X - ray diffractometry ( XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analyzer ( TGA), and it was found that bismuth and sulfur dispersed homogeneously over the activated carbon as elementary substances, p-nitrophenol was reduced with excessive sodium borohydride in water with this product as the catalyst. It was found that sulfur content has an effect on the performance of catalyst to a certain extent, and that the catalytic performance is the best when sulfur content is 8% with the catalytic activity being the same on the whole after the catalyst has been used for 8 times.
