摘要
先将ZnO(氧化锌)与纳米Al2O3(氧化铝)粉末混合,并经球磨机研磨,再与SBR(丁苯橡胶)密炼,然后将填充型SBR加热流体化后与有机硅胶粘剂混合改性制备导热胶粘剂。对该导热胶粘剂进行了SEM表征、FT-IR和TG分析,并对影响其导热率、介电性能和剥离强度的因素进行了探讨。研究结果表明:成功制备了ZnO-Al2O3填充SBR型导热胶粘剂,并对有机硅胶粘剂在导热率、剥离强度和粘接性能上进行了改进和提升。
ZnO(zinc oxide)was mixed with nano Al2O3(aluminium oxide)powder,grinded by ball mill,and then mixed with SBR(styrene butadiene rubber). Then the filled SBR was heated,fluidized and mixed with organic silicone adhesive to prepare thermal conductive adhesive. The thermal conductive adhesive was characterized by SEM,FT-IR and TG,and the factors affecting its thermal conductivity,dielectric properties and peeling strength were discussed. The research results showed that the ZnO-Al2O3 filled SBR thermal conductive adhesive was successfully prepared,the thermal conductivity,peeling strength and bonding properties of silicone adhesive were improved.
