推拿学是现代中医学的重要组成部分。推拿曾经有多个名称,由于习惯称谓和人为区分等因素,至今学科名称仍存在推拿按摩共用的现象,二者时而相互区分,时而并存通用。通过梳理推拿学科名称的由来与变迁,分析推拿名称混乱的原因,建议应尽快统一学科名称,专注学科内涵建设。

Tuina is an important part of modern Chinese medicine. There have been many names in Tuina. Due to factors such as customary appellation and human differentiation,the subject name still has the phenomenon of Tuina and Massage sharing. Tuina and Massage are sometimes distinguished from each other while coexisting. This paper sorts out the origin and changes of the name of the subject of Tuina,analyzing the reasons for the confusion of the name. It is recommended that we should unify the subject name as soon as possible to focus on the construction of the subject.
