Two Medical Records: WANG Zhongqi’s Experience in Treating Breast Cancer with Xiaochaihu Decoction Plus or Minus

乳腺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。王中奇认为该病是由于少阳枢机不畅,肝郁乘脾并化生火热毒邪所致。故临床治疗乳腺癌善用小柴胡汤加减以和解少阳,疏肝健脾,清热解毒,化痰散结,并举相关医案2则。

Breast Cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors. WANG Zhongqi believes that the disease is due to obstruction in Shaoyang meridian,liver depression by spleen and the transformation of the heat caused by evil. Therefore,in the clinical treatment of breast cancer,Xiaochaihu decoction plus or minus is made good use to reconcile Shaoyang meridian,dredging liver to strengthen spleen,clearing heat and detoxification,and dissolving phlegm to disperse nodules. This paper also privides two medical cases.
